What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what Orient Hair Salon collects through orient.hair, how it is used, and how to reach Ornela about it.
Information You Send
The contact form asks for your name and a phone number or email address. You can also tell us your town, who the appointment is for, what you are looking for, and how you heard about us. If you are writing for someone else, such as a parent you care for, please share only what is needed to arrange their appointment.
When the form reaches our server, it records the page you sent it from, the referring page your browser reports, and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address is converted to a one-way hash before it is stored. These records help us route your message, see how people find us, and catch automated spam.
To keep that context as you move around the site, your browser holds the first page of your visit, the website that sent you (its domain only, never your search terms), any campaign tags in the link, and whether you arrived through an ad in its session storage until 30 minutes pass without a page view. It is sent to us only when you submit the form.
How We Use It
We use your information to reply to you, arrange and provide appointments, and keep a record of the visit. We do not sell or rent it.
Where It Goes
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores your message. Resend delivers it by email. Workbench SEO, which runs this website, receives the message details in Slack so a failed delivery can be caught. These providers handle the information only to run the form and deliver your message.
Website Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording.
Keeping and Removing It
We keep messages while we respond and as long as needed for business, tax, or legal records. To ask what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it, call or text (267) 403-6742 or use the contact form.
Children
This site is meant for adults. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's appointment; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
